Colombian actress, born in Medellín, began her acting studies at the age of 15 at the Efraín Arce Aragón School. She continued her training through various workshops with esteemed figures in the Colombian industry such as Alfonso Ortiz, Alejandro Aguilar, Andrés Parra, Juan Pablo Félix, Andrés Barrientos, and Greek-Colombian director Spiros Stathoulopoulos.

After earning a degree in Advertising from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana in Medellín, she relocated to Bogotá to pursue her acting career. There, she appeared in various national and international series including El Capo III, Alias El Mexicano, Bloque de Búsqueda, Decisiones, De Brutas, Nada, and María Magdalena, among others.

In 2020, she moved to New York City to expand her career. She studied at the prestigious Stella Adler Studio of Acting and Atlantic Acting School, furthering her pursuit of knowledge to refine her craft. Currently, Laura is based in Los Angeles, CA, and is represented by Sovereign Talent Group.

As a director and screenwriter, she began exploring her creative voice in 2015 with the experimental film Anthropos, which premiered at the Cartagena de Indias International Film Festival. In 2018, she wrote and directed her short film Ofelias, which was selected for the official lineup of the Smart Films Festival.
